Hotel Supreme IV - Convention Plaza

Program: This, the ultimate challenge on the series of our Hotel Supreme Projects, will be located across the street from the existing first three phases. To be developed on a challenging 1,670 square meter lot, the new edifice will incorporate generous facilities that will turn the site into an attractive family-oriented facility. A series of large function rooms are called for, hotel rooms, penthouse apartments. Rent-commercial spaces and an attractive lobby are required at road level.

Solution: Now an acknowldeged Baguio landmark, the distinctive design incorporates spacious basement parking facilities, an attractive entrance with handicapped ramp that leads to a lofty atrium-lobby. Rent spaces are at ground level to permit easy access to these commercial areas. The facade design features a post-modern style which will guarantee that the building will become a memorable visual experience. A pair of observation elevators (seen through a curved vertical mass) compliment the front as the focal point in the design- both aesthetically and functionally.

Our conceptual solution for the building results in all service areas being beyond visual contact from the facility users. Effectively having the visitor think that such are non-existent. This project promises to be a distinctive architectural design experience to whoever visits it.
