R.G.CHAN & ASSOCIATES (RGC&A) covers the whole range of architectural concerns and key engineering services; all services are delivered using appropriate Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) facilities. Coupled with the right personnel and expertise, RGC&A guarantees optimum project design/s and expeditious project turnover.

With the recent return of the RGC&A principal architect from California, after a one-year sabbatical; the RGC&A Baguio office has re-opened its portals to serve public demand. Design and planning jobs are once again being undertaken--with projects being sourced from a number of new clients.

The RGC&A track record of completed projects remains good to excellent, with more than half of jobs from returning previous clients. Referrals from the same group have likewise given us a steady stream of work.
