On this project, Manila-based consultants have been called in to support RGC&A with their respective expertise. This includes: (long-time friend and ally) J.J.Cruz+Associates- for site development and structural; LCN Arctic Breeze Industrial Corporation- for mechanical, security, sprinkler systems; and E.T.Feliciano & Associates- for lighting and electrical.

Among all the consultants of the Church, RGC&A was singled-out to undertake this prestigious and important project— possibly because of its excellent track record in all of its twenty years of doing work for the Church.
